Classic iced milk tea
Strong black tea softened with unsweetened almond milk. Brewing a measured concentrate keeps the drink flavourful over ice.

Ingredients
Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.
Method
- Steep tea bags in 120 ml freshly boiled water for 4 minutes, then remove without squeezing. Add water to restore the brewed tea to 120 ml if needed.
- Stir in 12 drops of sweetener. Cool the jug in a cold-water bath, then chill if making ahead.
- Put ice in the serving glass. Add cooled tea and almond milk and stir.
- Taste cold and add 1–2 extra drops if needed. Serve without syrup or tapioca pearls.
Your sweetener
Sugarless Liquid Sweetener
4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.
Storage & ingredients
Keep brewed tea refrigerated for up to 24 hours; assemble with ice just before serving.
Allergens: Almonds. Contains caffeine.
Use unsweetened almond milk. Dairy milk adds lactose, a naturally occurring sugar.
