RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your Sugarless purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
- is unused;
- remains sealed;
- is in its original condition and packaging; and
- includes proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- damaged;
- faulty;
- defective; or
- not what you ordered,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assist.

- a description of the issue;
- clear photos where relevant; and
- where applicable, the batch number and expiry or manufacturing date.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Where applicable, reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been:
- opened;
- used; or
- are no longer in original saleable condition.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
