We ship Australia Wide. All new orders are shipped via Australia Post or can be arranged through Click and Collect.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. Whilst we make every effort to process your order within timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur. Due to high order volume around new product launches and promotions, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

Yes! Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number, there you will see a link where you will be able to check the status of your order.

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 15 days, please reach out to our Customer Service Bathox team with your order number for assistance.

If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 7 days, please reach out to our Customer Service Bathox team for assistance.

Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit your order.

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact our Customer Service Bathox team and we'll set up a return for refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

We want you to be satisfied with our products which you purchase from Bathox Australasia Pty Ltd. All products are checked before they leave our warehouse for faulty workmanship and or materials. We ask that upon receipt of your goods, you check the quality and quantity of the products you have received and if any of them are faulty or incorrect, you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in your claim being rejected.
