We use Interparcel to ship most orders. Interparcel is an online shipping platform that offers businesses and individuals access to a wide range of courier services for domestic deliveries.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2 - 8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1 - 4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@sugarlessaustralia.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Postal carrier issues
- High demand periods
- Public holidays

Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit your order.
We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact our Customer Service team and we'll set up a return for refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase - but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition and packaging
- Include proof of purchase
To get started, just email us at info@sugarlessaustralia.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with simple instructions.
Please note: we cannot accept items sent back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- What’s wrong with the item
- A few clear photos
For product faults, we may also ask for:
- The expiry or manufacturing date
- The batch number (on the packaging)
Send everything to info@sugarlessaustralia.com, and we’ll take care of it.
A Few Things to Note
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know what happens next.
If approved, we’ll either:
- Refund your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement (if that makes more sense)
Refunds can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
