Ingredients

Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.

Method

  1. Add coconut drinking milk, mango, banana, avocado, spinach, chia seeds and 4 drops of sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth. Scrape down if needed. Add cold water a little at a time if too thick.
  3. Taste before adding more sweetener: the fruit is naturally sweet. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener

4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.

Storage & ingredients

Best served immediately. If necessary, refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours and stir before serving.
