Jasmine coconut milk tea
Fragrant jasmine tea with a light coconut finish. Use a coconut drinking beverage for a lighter texture than canned coconut milk.

Ingredients
Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.
Method
- Steep jasmine tea in the hot water for 2–3 minutes, then strain. Add water to restore the tea to 150 ml if needed.
- Stir in 10 drops of sweetener. Cool in a cold-water bath, then refrigerate until cold.
- Place ice in the glass. Add cooled jasmine tea and coconut beverage and stir.
- Taste and add 1–2 extra drops if needed. Serve immediately.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener
4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.
Storage & ingredients
Refrigerate brewed tea for up to 24 hours. Combine with the coconut beverage and ice just before serving.
