Strawberry vanilla smoothie
A pale pink strawberry smoothie with vanilla and yoghurt. Frozen berries provide thickness without banana or ice cream.

Equipment: Blender and 400 ml glass
Ingredients
Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.
Method
- Place almond milk, yoghurt, vanilla and 8 drops of sweetener in the blender, then add strawberries.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth. Stop and scrape down if needed. If too thick for the blender, add 15 ml water and blend again.
- Taste cold. If needed, add 1–2 extra drops, blend briefly and serve immediately.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener
4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.

Best served immediately; refrigerate leftovers promptly and use within 24 hours.
