Ingredients

Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.

Method

  1. Place almond milk, yoghurt, vanilla and 8 drops of sweetener in the blender, then add strawberries.
  2. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth. Stop and scrape down if needed. If too thick for the blender, add 15 ml water and blend again.
  3. Taste cold. If needed, add 1–2 extra drops, blend briefly and serve immediately.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener

4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.

Storage & ingredients

Best served immediately; refrigerate leftovers promptly and use within 24 hours.
