Ingredients

Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.

Method

  1. Blend almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa, cream, vanilla and 12 drops of sweetener for 20 seconds.
  2. Add ice and blend for another 30–40 seconds until smooth and lightly thickened.
  3. Taste cold. If needed, add up to 2 extra drops and blend briefly. Pour into a large glass and serve.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener

4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.

Best served immediately. Refrigerate promptly and use within 24 hours.
