A cold coffee shake using unflavoured protein powder. Choosing an unsweetened powder keeps the sweetener dose predictable.

Ingredients
Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.
Method
- Add almond milk, cooled coffee, vanilla and sweetener to a blender. Add protein powder and blend 15 seconds.
- Add ice and blend another 20–30 seconds until smooth. Avoid long blending that makes excess foam.
- Rest 1 minute if foamy. Taste, add up to 2 extra drops if needed and pour into the glass.

Sugarless Liquid Sweetener
4 drops give the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar. Use the supplied dropper. Eight drops equal 2 teaspoons of sugar in sweetness; 12 drops equal 3 teaspoons.
Storage & ingredients
Serve immediately; refrigerate promptly and use within 24 hours if necessary.
