Ingredients

Use level 5 ml teaspoons and weigh ingredients where grams are given.

Method

  1. Sprinkle gelatine evenly over cold water in a small bowl. Leave 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Warm cream, milk, sweetener and vanilla in a saucepan until steaming, stirring until sweetener dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in bloomed gelatine until fully dissolved. Strain into a jug.
  4. Leave 10 minutes, stir gently, then divide among four glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until softly set.
