Sugar Free Cake Recipe with Organic Stevia

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Sugarless Organic Stevia Powder (or equivalent sachets)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar free sweetener until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with almond milk.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
