Sugar Free Banana Bread Recipe with Organic Stevia

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened, or coconut oil for dairy-free option)

  • ½ cup Sugarless Organic Stevia Powder (or equivalent sachets)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups wholemeal flour (or almond flour for gluten free option)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or sugar free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf tin or line with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar free sweetener until smooth.

  3. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until a batter forms.

  6. Pour into loaf tin and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
