3 ripe bananas (mashed)

½ cup unsalted butter (softened, or coconut oil for dairy-free option)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups wholemeal flour (or almond flour for gluten free option)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf tin or line with parchment paper.
